Skyline Builders believes that quality construction should be backed by clear credentials and written documentation.
Below are the licenses, certifications, and warranty programs that support our work and the building systems we install.
These documents help demonstrate the standards Skyline follows when constructing post-frame and steel-frame metal buildings across south-central Kansas.

Professional Certifications
Nucor Certified Installer – Contractor Installation Certification Program (CICP)
Anthony Wiggers, Skyline’s lead installer has completed the Nucor Buildings Group Contractor Installation Certification Program (CICP).
This program verifies that installers are trained to properly assemble and install Nucor metal building systems according to manufacturer standards.
Training focuses on:
- structural steel erection
- roof system installation
- panel installation and fastening
- building system integration
- installation procedures that help maintain manufacturer warranty eligibility
Certification through this program demonstrates that Skyline installers understand the proper procedures required for engineered metal building systems.

Kansas Aggregate Producers Association – Concrete Materials Training
Chad Holdeman and Anthony Wiggers of the Skyline team have also completed professional training through the Kansas Aggregate Producers Association (KAPA-KRMCA) focusing on modern concrete materials and construction practices.
This training program covers:
- concrete mix design considerations
- material performance and durability
- proper installation practices
- modern concrete construction methods
Because concrete foundations and slabs are critical components of many building projects, this training helps ensure Skyline projects are built on properly prepared and installed concrete systems.
